Usage: Apply a thin layer to entire eyelid, from lash line to brow bone, and blend out with clean fingertip, Foundation Brush, or Perfecting Concealer Brush to create a smooth base for eyeshadow application. Do not apply foundation or concealer over primer. Shadow should be laid directly on top of the primer. If color-correcting eyelids with Perfect + Correct, apply primer then correcting powder and top with eyeshadow.
