A forged steel blade and an artfully sculpted handle work in sync to deliver an exceptionally balanced, comfortable and safe grip. The patented groove design creates less friction when cutting and eliminates sticking between the blade and food, resulting in a natural, nonstick surface without the use of chemical coatings. Our three-piece set is an excellent introduction to the Evolution Collection.
